Sony Detachable Faceplate mp3 car stereo

Sony has announced a new detachable faceplate for the car stereo named Giga Panel that holds 1 GB. It can be connected directly to the computer for drag and drop support of only mp3 files.

Other features include an AUX IN port for connecting additional MP3 players, and BBE Sounds Enhancement effects.

The Giga Panel will be available in February 2006.
