I have just plugged in the usb cable in my laptop (with fedora core on it) and it recognized it as a usb drive. i just copied there my files, and 'voila'! it works.

i got a support plus 1gig mp3 player and now i want to put mp3s on it and it copys but says no mp3 files and there like a sotware on the mp3 and its gone!!! any no how to get that software back??????

I also had a lot of problems putting music on - it kept coming up as "NO FILE". Anyway, I sussed it - the instructions say after you've downloaded music to FORMAT it - do NOT do this and your music will be saved on your Q-be! Instructions? Who needs 'em!

Be careful on downloading. The Q-BE does not support DRM (Digital Rights Managment). I'm not sure if you can upgrade your media player?
