New: JVC XA-HD500

jvc-xa-hd500_th.jpgJVC has brought us a new MP3 player called the “XA-HD500”. The player will feature a 6GB hard drive and a long 30 hour battery life.

The HD500 also features JVC’s ‘K2 Technology” that helps restore data that was cut out during MP3/WMA encoding. In addition, JVC takes stuff one step in the right direction by including a docking station that can plug into your home stereo. The station also comes with a infrared remote. The player will house a monochrome LCD screen, USB 2.0 and two-way charging (via USB or wall power). It measures 2" x 3.6" x .7" thick and weighs 3 oz.

Supported audio formats are MP3, WMA and WMA-DRM10. The price will be about US $350.
